- Mindset: If you think that you can't loose weight, you won't! a better way to think is that you simply have not found the solution that is right for you and if you have followed diets exactly how you are supposed to and lo and behold you did not see much improvement, do not think that you failed because you did not! it was the diet that failed and actually a lot of diets are not healthy and are giving you the wrong advise to begin with.
- No Resistance Training: Aerobic exercise is important in weight loss but it has to be combined with resistance training to be successful too much aerobics will ultimately tell your body to sacrifice muscle, you need resistance training to maintain your muscle strength and hopefully improve upon as this also has the added benefit of improving your metabolism.
- Diet: Now this is obvious but eating the right foods is still not easy, so many books offer different and contradictory advise but the best advise you can take is eat plenty of fresh raw foods (vegetables etc.) watch your protein-a good time(best actually) to have a high protein meal is after training and don't go pigging on loads of high calorie garbage such as deserts or fat laden processed food, you are what you eat remember
Don’t give up! The answer is out there! You just need the right advise and determination to get the body you want
